Dra. Silvia del Moral
Founder and medical director
Golden Health was born from Dr. Silvia del Moral's vision: integrating preventive medicine, regenerative medicine, and functional wellbeing into a clear, human, and measurable experience.
With more than 35 years in life sciences and health care, Dr. Silvia has developed an approach that combines medical evaluation, biological therapies, nutrition, and follow-up.
Her training includes medicine, pediatrics at the National Institute of Pediatrics, and studies at the Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland.
Golden Health starts by understanding each patient's current state, designing a personalized path, and following up to build sustainable habits.
